Stock Item: In stock items are ready to ship, generally within 24 hours of placing your order. If an item shows as currently “out of stock,” please expect longer production times.

Custom Item: Can't find exactly what you're looking for in stock? Custom items are placed directly with the factory, require brand approval and may require minimum quantities. Production can take up to three weeks, so an in-stock item is a better bet if you need a quick turnaround.

Your order can combine Custom and Stock items. Custom items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping in the U.S. on orders over $25. Shipments outside the U.S. will be subject to international shipping rates, import duties and taxes.

Returns and Cancelled Orders: Please check for discrepancies or defects in your order and report to HDS within 30 days. Returns must be authorized by HDS in advance. Claims for returns for defective goods must be made in accordance with product warranties. Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a defect, or the items were decorated incorrectly. Authorized returns must be accompanied by a return authorization # that emailed to the recipient.

Once you submit the form below, you will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM via email with an address to return the items. This form must accompany the return shipment. If there is a defect or an error in the quantity, sizes or color we will also email a shipping label. All other returns will be at the expense of the person returning the goods. All credits or reshipments will be processed once the return has been received and inspected.
